Gardening season is fun, but don't let
it hurt your body! Learn efficient body mechanics for digging, hoeing,
weeding, and kneeling.
These Awareness Through Movement® lessons help you to
find support through your skeleton and to use the strongest muscles of your
body to do the heaviest work. Each student works independently and at their own
pace. Some of the lessons are very quiet; dress warmly in layered, comfortable clothing.
