LEARN TO BIKE WITH GREATER POWER AND EASE!
BIKING CLASSES IN PORTLAND, OREGON

Do you have pain in your ankle, knee, hip, back or neck when you bike?

Do you just want to increase your speed and efficiency?

You tuned up your bike, now tune up your body! Just like a bike, your body need to be aligned properly and to have the parts working together to function.

This 4-class series of Awareness Through Movement® lessons works with your nervous system to help you align your skeleton and coordinate your movement so you can ride more easily and without injury. We will address four aspects of riding a bike: finding a comfortable and powerful way to sit in the saddle, improving your view of the horizon, use of the whole self in pushing the pedals, and finding skeletal alignment through your feet and legs. To get full benefit, it is recommended that you attend the whole series.
